Install the app
The app, named AGR, is available from the Microsoft Power App store through this link
You will need to have a Power BI account and a Power BI Pro license to use the app, contact your IT partner to set that up or you can also pay by credit card when making a Power Bi account.
Import your data
You will need a token from AGR to unlock the app and connect your data to Power BI. Contact your Customer Success Manager to get a token. Once you have the token, enter it into the box when setting up the app. Follow the steps to connect AGR with Power BI. Importing data can take up to an hour, so please be patient.
Update Power Bi to the latest version
Update and install the latest version of the Power BI app (AGR Performance Board) if you have an older version installed
To update to newest version of our Power BI app you will need to uninstall the version you have installed now and set it up again.
1. Find the current installed version on https://app.powerbi.com under Apps on the left sidebar.
2. Hover over the name of app and click on three dots that appear and there you click on delete.
3. After it is deleted, follow the instructions in this section to install the most recent version.
Updating the Power Bi with a new Token
To simply update the token:
On Power BI webpage, Click the workspace sidebar,
Inside, search for the line called Semantic Model and reach the 3 dots > Settings.
Search for the Parameters, open it.
Remove current Token and add the new one.
Apply.
