If that table has a "Total purchase cost" column (purchased quantity from arrived purchase orders × cost price, over the last 12 months), sort it highest to lowest — that's your top 10 suppliers by spend.

Don't use the "Top vendors" KPI tile at the top of the page for this — it only ever shows your top 3 vendors, not 10. Use the full table underneath it.

If you don't see a vendor table, or it has no "Total purchase cost" column, your package doesn't calculate purchase spend on the Vendors page (this feature is part of Insights Pro / Vendor IQ) — use one of the options below instead.

Option A — All Vendors report (recommended): Go to Reports → All Vendors. This report is built for exactly this — spend and value analysis, including identifying your top 10 vendors. Sort or group by value and read off the top 10.

Option B — Items, using sales/stock as a proxy: If you'd rather work from Items, add these columns to your view: Vendor, Sale value (last 12 months), Stock value. Sort descending on either column and group/filter by Vendor to see which suppliers your top items belong to.

Important: this is a proxy, not true purchase spend. Sale value (last 12 months) is a sales metric (sale quantity × sale price) — it tells you what you sold, not what you paid your vendor. There is no "Purchase value" column in Items or general Reports; true purchase spend (Total purchase cost) only ever shows up on the Vendors page, as described above.
