AGR in a nutshell

Welcome to AGR Essentials, a SaaS inventory optimization solution. AGR is full of features that are broadly organized into the following areas.

  • Items show all items, vendors, locations, create orders from selection. Each item has an associated Item card that is available in various parts of AGR.

  • Reports holds order reports for procurement and exception reports to identify outliers like potential stock-outs, overstocked items, slow movers, and late deliveries.

  • Orders create or review order proposales. Orders are transferred to your ERP once you have confirmed them.

  • Plans include purchasing plan, plans, and promotional plans for any group, location, or item.

  • Statistical forecasts enable your company to reduce the time spent demand planning and figuring out the right order quantity.

The areas work together to give you maximum control over your data and inventory decisions.

Where to start

You can dive into any area of the knowledge base by clicking on a category on the homepage. The overview article in each section gives you a general idea of what is covered in the articles included in the section.

Some content is specific to one audience. For example, Set up AGR is for people who will be integrating AGR with the company's ERP and pulling data into AGR. Setting up articles are grouped by ERP system, so be sure to choose the correct information for your ERP.
