Why does AGR say I have this much undelivered?

You can see which orders AGR is including in the Undelivered quantity in the Undelivered section of Item Details in the Item Card. The Reference Number will refer to the purchase or transfer order number that AGR uses to derive the undelivered quantity.

AGR will still consider the quantity to be undelivered for the number of days specified in the Undelivered Days setting in the Orders tab of the Settings menu even if the estimated date of delivery has already passed.

A green, yellow, or red dot will indicates whether or not AGR considers the quantity to be undelivered with the current setting. You can see the explanation by clicking on the coloured dot.
