Overview
If your ERP data is privately hosted on-premise or in a private cloud environment, a self-hosted Microsoft Azure Integration Runtime must be set up on the ERP environment to enable data transfer between your on-premise ERP and AGR. Integration Runtime acts as a gateway through your firewall, to enable AGR's cloud services to connect to your environment, and is a Microsoft supported method for cloud to on-premise data transfer. Here’s a simple representation of the service.
System requirements
AGR recommends the system requirements for Microsoft Integration Runtime, shown below. If your platform does not meet these requirements, contact AGR for more information.
64-bit Operating System with .NET Framework 4.7.2 or above
2 GHz, 4 Core CPU, 8 GB Memory and 80 GB disk
Installation Instructions
Download the most recent version of the integration runtime. Instructions and documentation are available here.
Run the installer.
Input an Authentication Key, provided by AGR.
Select Register. If the connection is successful, a message will appear confirming the registration.
When the self-hosted Integration Runtime service has been installed and registered, make sure to grant AGR read access to your data.
