This article covers what information AGR requires to set up a custom column.

Custom Columns in AGR are an opportunity for you to display data from your ERP system that isn’t part of the standard Essentials product.

The data requirements are that they must be available down to the item level. Meaning that there needs to exist a relation in the data, specific to each item.

AGR requires information on where the data is, meaning the ERP table and column.

If the data is not available down to the item level in the ERP table, we will additionally need the table endpoint and column name, from where the data can be manipulated/related through to the item level.

For example, if you request the vendor name as a custom column but the only information you have on the vendor (in relation to the item level) is the vendor number, this can be linked through the item and vendor tables, via the vendor number.

For these non-item level data, the *Access table and *Access column become a data requirement.

Name of the column as you want it to appear in the AGR system.

Make sure that the table page that we need to use is published in the web services and please send us the OData V4 URL to the endpoint.
