Regardless of when the next order date is, you can always manually create an order from a scheduled order.
Navigate to More > Scheduled orders
Find the scheduled order you need to create, select the line and click on the shopping cart, in the top right corner.
Important note, The default behavior is to create an order today, while keeping the next scheduled order date in line.
This means that if the scheduled order is tomorrow, AGR will calculate an order quantity that will last until tomorrow's order.
It is important to consider the date shown in the scheduled order creation window that appears "Demand calculated from today until xx date"
If you want to dismiss the next scheduled order date, because you are ordering today and not tomorrow or next week, make sure you tick the "edit schedule" box and de-select the next order date, by clicking the date with the mouse.
Once de-selected, a blue dot appears on the de-selected date.
By doing this, the order calculations will cover until the next, blue underlined, scheduled order date is due. as indicated in the below image.
Example: Today is Tuesday the 8th of April, I have weekly orders on Wednesdays but since I am on holiday tomorrow I need to finish ordering today.
I find my order schedule and manually create the order
I tick the edit schedule and de-select tomorrow's order date, the 9th of April.
I can see the "Demand calculated from today until.." changes from April 9, 2025 to April 16, 2025.
I'm ready to go and hit the green Create orders button.
