🤖 AI-Generated Sales History (Private Beta)

Items with little or no sales history can now benefit from an AI-generated demand baseline.

AGR identifies similar items in your assortment, within each location and item group level 2. From there we create a weighted historical sales profile, providing a stronger starting point for forecasting than a zero-demand baseline.

The feature can be enabled per item or bulk through Forecast Settings.

Private Beta: Contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like early access.

🧠 Item Analyzer (Beta)

A new Item Analyzer panel is now available in the Item info sidebar.

Using AI, Item Analyzer provides an on-demand summary of an item's inventory position, including:

  • KPI's

  • Current stock situation

  • Demand trends

  • Stockout and overstock risks

  • Suggested planner actions

Analyses are generated on demand, cached for faster access, and can be regenerated whenever required.

Look for the Beta label in the Item info sidebar. under General

📦 Max Stock level

Planners can now configure a Max Stock level that will limit suggested order quantities so that projected inventory does not exceed the specified maximum.

When Use Max Stock to cap order suggestions is enabled.

The calculation considers:

  • Stock on hand

  • Undelivered orders

  • Sales orders

The Max stock level is now visible in the item chart,

Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) and Order Multiples (OM) continue to be applied.

🔗 Connected Items via Data Mapping

Connected Item relationships can now be managed through the AGR Data Interface (ADI) using the new CONNECTED_ITEMS table.

This enables Similar Item and Replacement Item relationships to be imported directly from your ERP or external systems, eliminating the need to recreate them manually in AGR.

Relationships are applied automatically across all locations.

Important: When Connected Items are managed through data mapping. Manual changes made in AGR will be overwritten by the ERP data feed, during the next data refresh.

📅 Scheduled Orders & Lead Time Exceptions

We've introduced Lead time exceptions to the Scheduled Orders engine, providing greater flexibility when managing supplier ordering patterns and delivery schedules.

Scheduled orders can now create more accurate order proposals for suppliers whose lead times vary depending on the day an order is placed.

A setting option that reflects real-world supplier constraints.

📅 ISO Week Numbers in scheduled orders

Date picker calendars now display ISO week numbers, making weekly planning easier.

📈 Forecast Outlier Highlighting

Forecast Outliers are now highlighted in the item chart when the "find and correct" outlier detection setting is enabled.

This feature adds transparency to AGR's automatic outlier screening and correction process. Making it easier to review forecasts and investigate exceptions without manual adjustments.

Scheduled Orders now support Location Groups, all in the name of structure and efficiency

🔌Forecast API Endpoints
