Clearing browser data is the fastest way to refresh the AGR application

If you're experiencing unexpected behavior in AGR, clearing your browser data is the quickest way to refresh the application and resolve many common issues.

How to Clear Browser Data in AGR

  1. Click the ⚙️ Cogwheel in AGR.

  2. Select Clear Browser Data.

  3. Tick both:

    • Clear Local Storage

    • Clear Cache

  4. Click Confirm.

  5. Refresh the page using Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac).



When to Try This

Clear browser data is always the first thing to try, for example if you experience:

  • Missing or incorrect information

  • Features not working as expected

  • Pages not loading correctly

  • Unexpected errors after an update

Your Items selection will not be cleared when you clear the local storage as the user selection is now saved in the database instead of the browser.
