Note

The Base unit in AGR is not mapped from the Base unit in Sage200, as the term has different meaning in the two systems respectively. Base unit in AGR is equivalent to the Stock unit in Sage200.

Purchase unit of measure

Sage200 does not have a way of registering the default purchase unit for an item, so AGR will generate purchase orders in the stock unit.

Stock units for each location is read from the column Qty in Stock in Sage200. Depending on your location setup in AGR, stock from multiple locations might be aggregated into a single location in AGR.

Actual sale

Sales history from Sage 200 is read from stock movement in the Stock Item History of type "Out - SOP". The sales history is displayed in the Item Card and, unless overridden by a sales history adjustment, is used to calculate the statistical forecast.
