Overview

Our standard integration against Sage200 is designed to get you up and running with AGR quickly, powered with data from Sag200, leveraging the Sage200 API.

Note

This integration takes care of getting data from DK to AGR. For exporting data from AGR into DK or elsewhere, see the AGR API docs, or Export confirmed orders from AGR.

Data mapping

The standard mapping of DK data into the AGR Data Interface can be found in the Sage200 data mapping documentation

If you need customizations to the data mapping to fit your needs, this can often be accommodated at a cost.

Instructions

1. Set up the Sage 200 API

Note

If you have the Sage 200 API set up already, you can skip this step and go to the next one.

AGR uses the Sage 200 API to read master item data from your Sage 200 environment. If you do not have the API set up already, please consult with your Sage 200 partner and refer to the Sage 200 - API Set Up documentation.

2. Authorize AGR's access to your Sage 200 API

The AGR integration team will provide you with a link you can use to allow AGR access to your Sage 200 data via the Sage 200 API.

The link will be similar to this:

https://id.sage.com/authorize?audience=s200ukipd/sage200&response_type=code&client_id=m0vJCYgf4zZ2dfAKIdRJwHoA2sdresUz&scope=openid+profile+email+offline_access&redirect_uri=https://integration.agrdev.cloud/sage200/authorize?authorizeKey=gbcExZWLLo0Y1esdh3cuUQmVDipN78gzBPYdl5XDngSb1FXSSlo%2Fzk5E2LM5qfSpSwZREYBDXZ49vCHxCx5KKA%3D%3D

Open the link and enter an email address and password for a user that has the required permissions to grant access to the Sage 200 API.
