To exclude customers from the sales histories of all items, navigate to Data Management in the settings area of AGR.
Open the Customers tab in data management to view the
The number of unique items each customer has purchased over time under Number of Items.
The overall sales quantity each customer has purchased, constrained by the extent of sales history being mapped into AGR under Total sales qty.
Uncheck the box next to any customer you want to exclude from the sales history of all items.
In the example below you can see that Greg Norman has been excluded.
Customers excluded in Data Management still appear in the Customers tab of the item card, but you will not be able to include them or their transactions. As shown below, Greg Norman is listed but excluded.
