Each night AGR pulls the newest data from your ERP system and initiates a bulk calculation to optimize the inventory.
Usually all goes well and the system status is green in the morning, which can be seen when the user clicks on the heart shaped "system health" icon, in the top navigation bar.
AGR will indicate with a red system status if the daily job didn't finish or failed for some reason.
If the system status is red in the morning, indicating that the daily night job didn't finish or failed for some reason, click on the "Data refresh" button to get more detail. You will be re-directed to the Data management page > Data refresh. There you can start the daily job anytime during the day, for example to refresh the stock.
It is not recommended to use the AGR system while the daily job is running!
Here you can see all historic daily job's, how long they took and colored traffic lights, indicating a successful or unsuccessful data refresh. You can find more information about the Data refresh page here.
If the system status appears red in the morning, your Customer Success Manager may have already identified the issue and restarted the daily job. A daily job with a blue traffic light on the Data Refresh page indicates that the job is currently running, as illustrated in the image below. When the daily job has finished running successfully, the red dot on the heart-shaped "System Health" icon in the top navigation bar will no longer be visible.
When you click on the "System Health" icon, a yellow traffic light may appear, signaling that while some steps were not completed successfully, the core calculations should remain unaffected, so the data is most likely not impacted.
