If e-mail notifications are enabled, users will get an e-mail when a scheduled order has been created during the daily job.
To add an e-mail notification to an existing scheduled order, navigate to More > scheduled orders > select the scheduled order > click the eye icon / or double click a line > Notifications > send e-mail notification > select user
When creating a new scheduled order, expand the Notifications option and add the user who should receive an e-mail notification when the order proposal has been created, and is ready for review.
