πŸ•’ Item History Modal & Tracking

Item history has been expanded from the item info sidebar into a dedicated modal window, giving you more space to review the full audit log for any item. You can now filter the log by location, user, or specific properties to quickly find the changes that matter.

We also added the following logging:

Logging begins automatically once the feature is released.

πŸ“ˆ Improved Safety Stock Calculations

Safety stock days has a new settings option, when enabled, the calculation starts one lead time from today and continues until the selected number of days is reached.

For seasonal items, this can have a significant impact, as it provides a more accurate representation of the demand during the season covered by the order.

  • βœ… Enabled by default for all new customers

  • βš™οΈ Existing customers will keep the current behavior unless they choose to enable it

  • πŸ”§ Managed in Global Forecast Settings

βš™οΈ Configurable Sales Order Lookback Period

You can now configure how many days back AGR should consider open sales orders in the order calculations.

Previously, this setting required database access to modify.

It is now available in: ➑️ Settings β†’ Order Logic

This gives planners more flexibility and easier control over order calculation behavior.

Customer groups in the Customer tab

The Customers tab now supports a Customer Group column, giving transparency between groups and individual customers

Outlier detection as a column & filter

If you are using the forecast setting for detecting and correcting outlier deviations, you can now easily identify affected items through a new boolean column in the Items & Reports grid.

This enhancement provides visibility into which items have had their sales history adjusted by the global outlier detection process, making it easier to review and analyze impacted forecasts.

Demand on Saturdays and Sundays as a column & filter

The "Demand on Saturdays" and "Demand on Sundays" yes/no fields are now available as columns and in the advanced filter in the Items grid, enabling users to filter and report on items that include weekend demand.

Location Groups

We introduced Location Groups to support a smoother and more efficient allocation order process.

Users can now create and manage their location group setup under Settings β†’ Locations β†’ Location Groups.

When allocating, the location groups are visible under Locations to allocate to
