Other users' orders may be filtered out from your view. Check these filters.
The My Orders filter (image of a head) will filter out any order that is not assigned to yourself as the Owner,
The 24 hour filter will only show orders that were created within the last 24 hours back from now
The >0 filter will only show orders that have order lines where the quantity is greater than zero.
If you aren't aware whether the order you are trying to find is a Manual or Scheduled order, make sure that all three order types are enabled in the order filter by clicking on them so they are lilac.
There are three order statuses in AGR: In Process, Confirmed, and Transferred. Review all three statuses to find the order if you do not know whether it has been confirmed and transferred to your ERP.
