An order is automatically deleted from AGR after eight days have passed without it being updated. This functionality is designed to keep your Orders page clean and organized by removing outdated orders in process.
Why are orders removed from AGR?
AGR calculates the best order proposals when the data used in the calculations is up-to-date. To ensure the most accurate data is used, orders that are not updated within eight days will be removed. This allows for more accurate and up-to-date information to be displayed on your Orders page.
What if I'm not ready to finish reviewing an order proposal on the day it is calculated?
If you're not able to finish reviewing an order proposal within a few days, we recommend calculating a new order proposal when you're ready to review it. This will ensure that your items are replenished based on the most recent data available.
