Overview
AGR set the default view for the order grid to show one order header per row. Two standard System Views allow you to change the view of the order grid. Beyond that, you can customize the order grid by adding or removing columns and grouping orders. Filtering gives you more power over how AGR presents orders for you to review and edit.
Once you customize the order view, you can save it. AGR will save any changes to the columns and groupings, but active filters will not be saved.
System views
AGR can present order data in one of two System Views that can be selected from the Views dropdown. Each System View changes how AGR presents the orders to you, but it does not change the information in the orders.
Overview - standard moves the column with the total value of the order directly after the order ID column.
Tip
Click on the Order Name when in Overview - standard to open an order view that shows the items included in that order i.e. the order lines. This adds a filter on the OrderId of the clicked order and changes the view to Orderlines - standard. Removing the OrderId filter returns you to the Order overview. See the video below.
Orderlines - standard displays the order item information in quantity. You can edit the information in green directly in this view.
Customizing order views
