Overview
Whoever is responsible for creating users and assigning roles in your organization will start the process for you to get access to AGR. Once created, you can log into the system and change your information and password under My profile.
Signing in
There are two ways to sign into AGR.
Using SSO with your Microsoft credentials
Entering your email address and password
First sign on
AGR sends an email to each new user when their account has been created in the AGR system. The email is sent to the email address used for signing into the system. The instructions for signing in differ depending on how you will access AGR.
SSO with Microsoft credentials
If your company has set up AGR to work with the Microsoft single sign on system, then you will click the link provided in the email. This will take you to the SSO login site. Be sure that the email you received in the link is the same one that you use for SSO.
Click Sign in with Microsoft and follow the instructions to sign in. You will know that you are signed in when you see the AGR dashboard.
Sign in with email
It is also possible to sign into AGR with an email and password. When you receive the email saying that an account has been created with your email address, follow the instructions to create a password for the account.
To log in with your email, click on the Sign in with email link below the button in the picture above. This will take you to a sign-on window.
Enter your email and password as requested and click Sign in. You can also reset your password by using the Forgot password? link.
My profile
Access your profile by clicking on the picture in the circle in the upper right corner of AGR.
Here, you can change
your user name
the language for AGR
you locale
My profile also shows your user name, email address, and role in the system.
Click on Change password and follow the steps to change your password.
Click on Change password again to complete the action.
Save
Remember to save your changes before closing My profile.
