Item history - audit log

Item history keeps track of changes made in AGR to the item info settings or bulk update, and planning values from the item card

Overview

The following changes are logged and can be seen in the item history section:

  • โœ๏ธ User changes made directly in the item info sidebar.

  • ๐Ÿ”„ Bulk updates

  • ๐Ÿ“Š changes made in the plan tab of the item card, including:

    • Sales plans

    • Promotions

    • Sales adjustments

  • ๐Ÿ“‰ Adjusted sales updates in the item chart

  • ๐Ÿšซ Customer exclusions in the Customer tab

  • ๐Ÿงฎ ABC calculations, including changes to:

    • ABC value

    • Confidence factor

    • Importance

Where can I find the Item history

The item history log is displayed in the item info sidebar available in Items and Reports, and in the item card via the (i) icon.


What information is logged in item history

Item information or Settings that are audit logged in the item history are the following

Item notes

ABC: if the ABC value, confidence factor and importance for an item changes

Closed

AGR starts logging data changes as of the day of the release

AGR does not log data changes made in the ERP system.
