This release brings AI-powered capabilities and everyday improvements across AGR. AI Sales History is now available to everyone, Item Advisor is rolling out.

You’ll also find improvements to Vendors, Scheduled Orders, learning resources, the Item Card, order routing and navigation, alongside several fixes to improve performance and reliability.

AI Sales History is officially out of beta and available to all customers., helping you build better demand patterns using AI-generated sales history.

It can be particularly useful for new items with little or no sales history, strengthening seasonal patterns, and supporting items being relaunched.

Item Advisor is rolling out with this release. Available directly from the Item Card, Item Advisor uses generative AI to analyze your item data and provide useful insights into stock, demand, risks, customer behavior, and suggested actions—helping you quickly understand what’s happening and where attention may be needed.

This release brings several improvements to Vendors, making it easier to keep track of vendor information, review performance, and understand the settings being applied.

You can now add notes directly to a Vendor Card in the vendors page, making it easier to keep important vendor-specific information available where you need it.

📅 Vendor period filter — We've improved the period filter on Vendor pages for a smoother filtering experience.

When you disable the rolling period, a calendar selector now appears, allowing you to choose the specific period you want to review. This is available in both the Vendor Overview and Lead Time Analysis.

🚚 The On-time delivery buffer column on the Vendor Overview now displays the globally configured value when no vendor-specific value has been set.

We’ve added a new link to our self-service learning content in the Knowledge menu in AGR. This gives you quick access to learning resources alongside our documentation and support chat.

Review emails now show the location for each Order ID. Clicking the link takes you directly to the orders requiring review rather than the full order list.

🗂️ Item Card tabs are back - Based on user feedback, section tabs are back on the Item Card when there is enough screen space. When using a wider window with six or fewer sections, you’ll see tabs for quick navigation. On narrower screens, sections will continue to be available from the dropdown menu.

🔽Clearer dropdowns - Dropdown fields now automatically expand to display the full label, making longer options easier to read.

⚡Faster order routing - Backend performance improvements help order routing process faster.

📅 Sales Order Days Back validation — The Sales Order Days Back setting determines how far back AGR looks for open sales orders with delivery dates in the past, allowing them to be treated as open demand in order calculations and included when calculating replenishment needs. The setting now accepts values between 0–2000 days, consistent with the Undelivered Orders setting.

📊 Sales Plan values for the current month - Fixed an issue where past values for the current month were not displayed correctly in the Sales Plan on the Item Card. The Item Card now shows the current month as a single full-month column again. The new split between past and remaining values will be introduced to the Item Card in a future update.

🔄 Selected rows remain selected after refresh - Fixed an issue in the Items and Reports grids where refreshing the page cleared the currently selected row.

Your selected row now remains selected after refreshing the grid.

🔤 Items with ABC Classification X now correctly use the global Safety Stock Days setting.

🧮Corrected Demand for Order Period for scheduled items. Demand is now calculated from the next order date through the end of the order period, rather than from today.

As always bug fixes & minor changes were made in the system to improve stability, performance, and user experience.
