There are two ways to delete planned values in AGR:
One item at a time via the item card
In bulk via Sales Plans.
Option 1 — Single item: Item Card → Plan tab
Open the item card and go to the Plan tab. Find the data series you want to clear (Sales Plan or Promotions), switch the period to days or weeks, then delete the values for the period you want to remove.
Option 2 — Multiple items: Plans → Sales Plans
Sales Plans lets you view and edit planned values across your entire item master at once, making it the right choice when you need to clear values for many items in one go.
Step 1 — Open Sales Plans
Go to Plans in the navigation bar and select Sales Plans from the dropdown.
Step 2 — Select your data series
The Sales Plan data series is included in the default view. If you also want to clear Promotions, you need to add that data series to your view first:
Click the View Settings icon (table with a gear) to open the settings pane
click on the advanced (space shuttle icon) top right
Go to Data Series and click on the white dropdown
Search for Promotions or key it in and click it to add it to the planning view
Step 3 — Enable row and column totals
To be able to clear values in one click, you need the Total row and Total column visible in the grid.
Enable these via the Total icon, if they are not already showing.
Step 4 — Filter to the items you want to clear
Narrow down the view to only the items you want to affect. You can:
Filter by Supplier or Item Group to target a segment
Use the drill down filters on top, default are vendor and item group
Add an Item No filter to select specific items, via view settings
Clear all filters to work across your entire item master
Note!
For large item masters, loading all items at once may be slow. Filtering to a meaningful subset is recommended for better performance.
Step 5 — Delete the values
In the Total cell of the data series you want to clear (e.g. the Promotions), press Backspace then Enter. This deletes all planned values for that data series across all items currently shown in the filtered view in one action.
Repeat for Sales plan if of that is to be cleared as well
The advanced Mode - User access
If you can't see the rocket icon in view settings, that's because you have a user profile which doesn't allow you to change the columns/data series in a Plans view. You need to have the Admin user profile to do this.
Within your company ask the people who have Admin user profiles who could amend the view and save it/share it with you with Promotions data series in it. Alternatively, you could ask one of the Admin users to amend your user role to be Admin so you could do it yourself.
